Eligibility Criteria For SECP Jobs 2022
Education:
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline from HEC recognized by reputable University/Institute.
Experience:
- Minimum Twelve (12) years of progressively expanding post-qualification experience, that covers all broad areas of Human Resource Management in professionally managed organizations with the reputation of having best-in-class human resource management practices.
