Eligibility Criteria

Educations

• Ph.D. in ElectricaVElectronics/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering from HEC recognized local or foreign university. OR
  
• Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering from FIEC recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

• Candidates with Ph.D. are required to have ten (10) years of experience in the relevant Field.
• Candidates with a Master’s Degree are required to have fourteen (14) years of experience in the relevant field.
• Experience including five years at senior management level position within the Telecom Industry. (Senior level implies not below than N-3 level of reporting in an organization, where N denotes the Head of the Organization).
• The candidates should have experience in managing multiple tasks.

• The candidate’s professional credentials should include the following:

• Must possess sound knowledge of the state-of-the-art telecommunication technologies and operational business dynamics of telecom, especially Next Generation Networks, IP Telephony, OFC system, Convergence and its related issues.
• Must have proven experience in leading teams of Professionals through collaborative team culture.
• Must have the experience to exhibit strong interpersonal skills for the growth of the ICT sector.
