Operations Manager
Responsible for smooth running of Branch operations.
This position oversees administration, and provides support to Relationship Managers of Retail Banking.
Ensure the procedures are being followed as laid down in the Operations Manual and compliance policy is strictly followed.
Banking Services offered in accordance with KYC/AML guidelines, SBP regulations/guidelines, JSBL’s Internal policies, and SOP are followed.
Maintain service quality and ISMs requirements.
Operate as acting BM in case the BM is on leave.

Relationship Manager
Responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a superior level of service during his banking transactions at the branch by coordinating between tellers/lending officers and customers
Handles all customer-related queries, problems
Ensures high scores in quality and service measures
Holds responsibility for overseeing the smooth functioning of the Bank’s floor operations.
Multiple positions are available in different cities across Pakistan.
Branch Manager
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the branch to ensure Bank’s overall business objectives.
Ensures smooth functioning of the Branch with a view to achieving multi-dimensional growth targets within a reasonable time frame and budget.
Acts as a direct link and interface between customers and management.
